Furbo Pet CameraReviews of furbo.com

I already have a nanny pro account and purchased the mini camera as a ‘nice add on’ but not essential add on … I was horrified to learn that the company charges you an additional not insignificant monthly amount for each mini camera … buyer beware!!! Not worth it as there are many other good options available at a reasonable cost…

I have the cat camera. Either way it's just a scam. You can't access anything without the subscription, $100 per year, meaning you end up paying 600-2000 just to access YOUR CAMERAS FOOTAGE. This crap is a waste of money and you could get one for 100 with all the same features (maybe minus the treat tossing and telling you that your pet is walking) Mine was replaced because the first one was faulty so I thought they were decent but nope not returning it just meant more money for them. I've had this one 6 weeks now and only just found out it's useless without the subscription you have to pay for every year. Asked to return it for a refund and they said no so ive reported them to my bank for their false advertising byllshit claiming you get features without the subscription when all you get is live view. They still record things but don't let you see them, so basically they just say on you and refuse you footage from YOUR camera. Disgusting company.

Purchased Furbo mini via a renewed subscription. It died about 2 months after warranty had lapsed. Don't bother - there are other options out there. I feel like they didn’t want to know after they made the comment “ Let me check the connection history” and then ended the chat?! I had to often reset the mini - kept dropping out. When I needed to access it remotely, it wasn't connected. The original furbo is still ok 🤞🤞for now…

Wenn man Probleme hat und den Service kontaktiert, bekommt man keine Antwort

Ordered this over two weeks ago. Order still not shipped, spoken to them multiple times and they can’t provide a date when it will be shipped. Requested a refund and now have had no reply from them.

They just want to sell the subscription plan, my furbo stopped working just after the warranty period, I have been told - issue with hardware, looks like because I didn't subscribe, they limited my service and stopped working ..now they want to replace the unit if I buy their service...not worth it at all, I prefer to go with other brand. Highly not recommended

Have an older generation Furbo . I believe it cost alot as a gift . Completely useless . Cannot set it up . Having been through all their troubleshooting . Seems I would have to pay for a monthly subscription . Not required as dogs are rarely left . Will have to throw it out as no use at all . Very poor show by Furbo . Seems that they block them working without their monthly subscription .

TERRIBLE.. Very difficult to cancel subscription
