Customer support (Tesa) was great -- knowledgeable, responsive, great communication. Pick-up and delivery was handled with out any hassle. Shipping time was a couple of days longer than quoted because the hand-off in route was missed. This wasn't an issue since I did not have a deadline or a schedule I had to meet.

My bike arrived at destination super …
My bike arrived at destination super dirty.... how can that happen ? You were referred to me by my HOG chapter, I will have to report that because it is not ok. It really makes my wonder on the care you took of my motorcycle. I will need transport again soon, to get my motorcycle back home. I will have to search for another carrier. Not fun. Marie Guérette

I know the trailers are not "air tight" and the bikes can arrive dusty dirty, but usually it is not too bad. I will share your review with STI management.
