I had 3 motorcycles shipped from Kansas City to Gainesville FL. and 2 of the brand new bike were damaged, Now I have to file a claim with federal Transport and shipping. Thanks for breaking a brand new 2016 Honda Goldwing damaged the left mirror and breaking the license plate fender and bending the plate as well. Great job!! NOT !!! I will never recommend your EXPENSIVE services even after I purchase extra insurance I now have to schlepp to Honda and Kymco, get a quote for what the repairs will be, send it all in with pictures and hope you will pay me ...I want to warn the next person with that expensive bike to be forwarned, DON"T USE THESE SHIPPERS UNLESS YOU WANT TO SEE YOUR EXPENSIVE BIKE RUINED !! Thanks for the head ake you just created for me. Never again! Lousy untrustworthy and EXPENSIVE! My bike was not strapped down correctly as well and I had to help load and unload my bikes as the drivers had no CLUE how to strap them down correctly and yet still my bikes arrived ruined! due to careless and drivers that don't know how to handle a motorcycle let alone a 400cc and 650 cc scooter! I am warning anyone please avoid the head akes that were put on me by this mover! They don't care even about I took out extra insurance to cover any screw-ups and yet they still screwed up everything!

Three days before a cross country move, Federal no showed us. A week before the proposed pickup date I had to call Federal to remind them that I still had no paperwork from them, the representative said that the rep that I was working with was on vacation, subsequently I received the paperwork. After returning the contract to Federal, the local pickup carrier called at about 8:00 pm on the pickup date with a story about a defective lift gate and that they would be back the next day, then they no showed us. Federal dispatch unsuccessfully tried to call them several times for a status update to no avail. We then called Haulbikes.com and they came out the next day at the time they said they would be there for pickup. Five days later my bike was delivered to our new address in perfect condition. As a service provider recommended by AMA, I have also filed a complaint with them stating this situation.

My bike was supposed to be picked up by the 12th it is currently the 15th with no info on when it will be pick up! This is getting old and unacceptable!

Dependable, but too expensive. Flat rate even though all I shipped was a 130lb mini bike.

I am saddened to not give a good review. I shipped a custom made Harley Davidson from Las Vegas to Florida and even paid extra for more insurance. First off when the "loaders" came to pick up the bike I asked if they needed help and they said yes as they had never loaded a motorcycle before, they were really nice but lets get real, this is a 50k custom motorcycle and I stressed I would pay whatever was needed to create peace of mind. Next it was delayed by three days on delivery, that is okay. When it was delivered my custom mirror was broken and not repairable, otherwise it seemed okay. When I went to ride it the next day I noticed that the clutch was sloppy and had come undone during travel. When I called to get assistance I spoke with a lady (also very polite) but did not understand anything of what was wrong. My main upset is that although I paid for extra insurance the lady said that there was nothing that she thought could be done as I had signed off upon arrival and only noted the mirror. I still cannot find the mirror online as its custom so am now out over 1k despite paying extra. Overall everyone was very helpful and polite its just that I am still stuck with these damages. If this can get handled I will change my tune immediately.
