Care in shipping valuble motorcycles
This is my 24 or 25th year having Federal ship motorcycles, initially with Jackie Baker and then Jennifer Gibbs. The service they provide is always first class, very proficient, That's why we at the Barber museum use Federal. We have no hesitation in recommending them to other collectors and institutions.

Thank you Brian for taking the time to share your past experiences with Federal Motorcycle Transport over the past 24-25 years. We value your friendship and business and feel honored to be selected as the Official Mover of motorcycles for the Barber Museum. It is an amazing collection of bikes and to know that we have had a small part in transporting a majority of the bikes on display is a thrill for me. Jennifer, Federal Motorcycle Transport Manager.

Motorcycle damaged
Shipped my motorcycle from Arizona to Michigan and back. It made the trip up without damage, but when I picked it back up in Arizona it had serious gouging and scratching to the front end. To be fair, the company was fairly quick at reimbursing me for the damage, but obviously their crew didn't pay much attention to protecting the cargo. Wouldn't use them again.
