The product arrived smelling like wet…
The product arrived smelling like wet dog. Not my wet dog but another wet dog. I assume it’s been used or somehow picked up that terrible smell in their factory. To make matters worse I am now on my fourth email to them and have yet to receive a return shipping label as they continue asking for more pictures and adding steps to return the product. Highly suspicious and unpleasant all around.
