the experience was NOT good! The items I ordered last May did not ship till this week after numerous times telling me it has shipped!! It was supposed to be for a couch but it wasn't bigg enough to cover a Small Ottoman!! ugh!

I wrote an Email because after i ordered a Dogbed i heard nothing about a shipment. They didn‘t answered at all. At least after 1 Month they told me that my package is on the way.

I normally purchase beds at Costco- for half of the price, so naturally I was expecting a good quality bed. The bed is very soft, which I love, however the stuffing is so minimal your dog is basically lying on a padded blanket! I left it for 48 hours hoping it would be better but it wasn’t. There is no opening to replace or add more stuffing and no removable washable cover. For this price, buy a Costco bed and sew a blanket on or spend more and get a cozy cave.
