This company is a scam
This company is a scam. The products are not well made and the company does not allow you to return items even though it says on its website that it does. They make you jump through many hoops in an attempt to return and item and then after completing all of their requirements they will offer you 20% of the price to keep the item. Definitely a scam from the items they sell to the purchase experience My order number is FF623826S and if you check you’ll see I have 14 emails with the email you mention below trying to resolve this issue
