Worst company ever!
Order: FFPET262301 placed on 13/07 has not arrived. We have emailed support and messaged via instagram without any response. There is no email response in ‘spam’ or ‘junk’ as they may try to blag this in the response. The order is stuck on pending. They have affectively taken money and not provided the goods, an update, a reply or a refund. In essence, they take peoples money and don’t reply until they feel like it or blag that they’ve responded via email and it must have ‘taken an adventure into the spam/ junk.’ As I’ve read on other reviews replies. I can assure you, no response has been given. I will contemplate changing this review, if someone from the team provides me with a delivery date within the next 5 business days. However, this dealing has been 0/5 so far.
