This is a scam company. Nothing was sent for over a month and then when I complained they sent a plastic hook instead of my item of pet stairs.

If I could give zero I would. Currently six weeks since ordering the dog bed. It took them 5 weeks to ship (apparently) and there is no tracking information. Bought this bed to protect my new car seats. Complete waste of time and money as I had to purchase locally so I could protect the car. Their shipping details on their website are clearly outright lies and they position themselves as being in Australia but it is clearly just another web front for a Chinese company with shocking customer service. Avoid.

Ordered with them never dispatched the item had to raise a PayPal dispute to get my money back. AVOID THIS COMPANY SCAMMERS

Placed my order, FFPET260793 24 days ago. I have not received my items. I have asked via email and Instagram message for updates and not yet received any reply. Most recently I have asked for a refund. DO NOT BUY

Paid over $300 AUD for couch covers and I get a tiny little wall hook and my order marked as 'delivered'. I waited nearly 8 weeks for this order, I was understanding when they said there were issues with shipping, but to then get this tiny little thing in place of over $300 worth of goods is just the biggest joke ever. No response to messages sent on messenger or email feedback via the website, just absolute silence. And I have a photo of the package and the hook, the information on the outside of the package about what is in there doesn't even match. So disappointed. But lesson learnt, don't trust Funny Fuzzy.

**VERY DISAPPOINTING EXPERIENCE** Purchased two orthopedic dog beds 28/06/2025 The lack of communication with this company via the support email, is abysmal. Feel as though the emails that were received are AI generated, and generic responses. Offered a 10% discount on my initial order, once its received which seems highly unlikely, given that you can't get a tracking number or find when it will be shipped. Sent three emails this week, requesting a full refund. No reply received, and no surprises there ! You're not able to receive an update on your order. The request for a tracking number and a full refund are all but ignored. There is no attempt from this company to resolve the issue, by just ignoring the complaints and hoping that you will give up and go away. Had I read the reviews that were posted, prior to making a purchase. Would have steered well clear of this website ! With reference to order number FF10896AU Stop hiding behind your generic responses on Trust pilot !! You have not responded to my three emails that I have forwarded this week, and yet you have the nerve to post a response on Trust pilot. You need to provide me with my full refund as requested, I'm becoming very annoyed with the lack of communication from this company. This is just nothing short of SCAM, and future customers should be made aware of how this company operates. The amount of complaints that are being posted should set the alarm bells ringing very loudly !!!

Ordered on 5 July and still have no shipping confirmation despite their website clearly stating maximum 12 business days for shipping. I’ve followed up numerous times by email and they said they’ll give me a “10%” refund when it arrives…. However I’m not confident it’s ever going to arrive at this rate. I think this shop is a scam! They haven’t bothered to reply to my most recent email asking for an ETA.
