Scam company
Don’t order from this company! This is my first time ordering from this company and it’s been a nightmare. I placed an order on 7/6 and it still hasn’t even processed under the order tracking. They have charged my credit card despite not processing my order. The order tracking doesn’t seem to work at all. I have emailed customer support 3 times so far with no response. Seems like a total scam. I came to Trustpilot and a lot of reviews give the same experience. They seem to reply to poor reviews claiming their response may land in your email spam folder, but I’ve been checking and I haven’t received anything. I even bought shipping protection for my order, but can’t do anything to enforce that if customer service won’t reply to my emails. If customer support sees this review, my order number was FF636296S. I’d love to see what the next excuse is for not delivering my order or refunding my money.
