Not happy with the lack of response…
Not happy with the lack of response from this company. I ordered a mat on the 19th June , I have had one notification on the 11th July from Aus Post but nothing since . I am happy to wait but more updates would be appreciated. I have emailed them 3 times and nothing! I have ordered before and was extremely happy with item , my dog loves his booster seat for car and free toy , good quality I thought, reason why I decided to try a floor mat as we desperately need a new one but still waiting! And customer support is seriously lacking! My order number is #FF9722AU , I also had already sent an email of this to support but to no avail! I have contacted Aus Post and they have told me to contact you 🤷♀️ I don’t want a refund I just want the mat please!
