Product ok Sides not as firm as thought so not much of a donut as my boy just lays on the edge Delivery awful If I had known was coming from abroad would not of order thought to be fair everything I did email they did respond Also was offer with free gift which never arrived

Do not waste your money ! Very disappointed in quality . Bed not worth the overprice that it cost which was over £55 and that was with a 20% off . I was encountering the reviews on your website to make my purchase. Obviously fake reviews on your website .

Very pleased with the dog carrier I bought, it's sturdy and well made. It took a month to arrive, which was longer than expected but I did order a couple of days before Christmas day so it was hardly surprising it took longer to be dispatched and to receive the shipping email, once you receive this email you can track the packages every movement. The only criticism is I did email when I hadn't received the dispatch email after a couple of weeks but never received a reply.

Waited 3 weeks for item to be delivered when website says 1-3 days. Complained and response said I’d receive 10% back, so far this not appeared in my account. Poor quality for the price.
