Tried giving them the benefit of the doubt for a few months, but I've had enough of the playback issues. Doesn't load content and have been patient enough to leave it to load for up to an hour! I try loading on numerous devices and it takes a few attempts before I can finally watch something on a device that works. I'm done. Their service needs a complete rebuild.

Their apps don’t run properly, some episodes are mixed up or missing entirely. They hiked up their subscriptions, even for the Canadians who don’t receive any of their bonus content. When I cancelled my yearly subscription when I first heard about it months before my subscription got renewed, they charged me anyways. And trying to get into contact with them to solve the issue is a mess as well. Very disappointed, I’ll stick with Crunchyroll.

I have Funimation on my PS4 and I kid you not for a solid four months now I haven't even been able to use it, not one single time. Literally every single time I open it it gets frozen on the welcome screen stuck on their logo and doesn't do anything. I've tried deleting the app and reinstalling it, restarted my PS4, left it alone after freezing for hours thinking it would do something, you name it i've done it hundreds of times but NOTHING works. When I first got the app I was only able to use it for a couple of weeks but even then it still had problems and would freeze up quite often. I have great internet with a strong connection and have tried everything to fix it but nothing works. I really hope that Funimation sees my review and others so that they can fix this because it seems like a lot of other people have had/are having issues with their app when using it on PS4 and obviously nothing is getting done.

Cant even pay for the free subscription trial. Pathetic. Fix your payment gateway!!

Incredibly poor service. Youre lucky if you can watch anything on a given day because of significant buffering issues on both the PS4 app and the website, to the point where nothing will load. This has nothing to do with my Internet connection as all of my other streaming services work perfectly. I reported the issue to customer support and never received a reply, but still had the audacity to ask me to fill out a 'how did we do?' survey. I'm now cancelling after only 2 months having the service because it isn't even worth £4.99.

Thank you for bringing back a show I knew as a child! Fruits Basket was amazing already but the new remake gets into every single detail and each episode is filled with humor and makes me get nostalgic. I can emphasize with Tohru on a real level. You guys brought them to life back then and even so more now!

Funimation has become a cash grab The website interface is confusing, slow, and not designed well. 90% of animes on the site, while good, are behind a pay wall after 2 episodes. You can't just do ads like everybody else? Thanks funimation. You're contributing to hundreds of people pirating your content because you make it inaccessible.

Service seems to work fine during the day and then has a multitude of various issues in the evening. Then when people complain on Twitter you just have @Nicholas_zipp telling people to use the mobile service. Sort it out Funimation this has been going on too long without a corporate response!
