By far worse customer service I have dealt with. I love DBZ but man no wonder people buy stuff from else where. Digital codes dont even work, vudu or ultraviolet (which no longer exist) they will NOT so anything basically tell you too bad. Wont be buying anything directly from them. I would advise you if you want something with digital content research if people have had issue with that product. I found out too late and threw away $100. Thanks funimation for beign the worse customer service.

Funimation's voice actors hate their fans and think it's ok not to report child abuse in the state of Texas for more than 10 years without filing a police report. They should look up the "Mandatory child abuse reporting law", which states they are required to report it within 48 hours of suspecting it. Maybe look that stuff up the next time you accuse someone of child abuse, and claim you were a witness to it after 10+ years on Twitter, yeah?

Funimation is the worst, I'm all for supporting content you enjoy but there service and support team is a joke, some of the most incompetent people I've ever had to deal with, really just use crunchy roll

FUNimation has good content but the apps and website are so bad. I have to invest so much time just to watch a few episodes because of constant issues. THEY should be paying me a monthly patience fee. I honestly don't understand how they have been able to keep the app live for so long. Contract a group who knows how to manage apps. We want your content but the baggage that comes with it is unbearable.

An absolute joke. I signed up to this service so that I could download a few episodes because I’m travelling and won’t have access to the internet very often. Anyway I try to download a few episodes and it’s a dreadfully slow process made worse by the stupid app layout. I went to play the only episode that managed to download and I get 4 minutes in before an error pops up meaning I cannot play the episode even though I have downloaded it. Cancelled my subscription. Never going with this service again it’s an absolute scam.

It’s just a scam I bought premium for a year and then I moved to Germany just to see that funimation is not available here so I wrote the support they just told me (pretty unfriendly) that they won’t give me the money back. Use Crunchyroll as far as I know it’s available everywhere

I suscribed to the 2 week free trial. Before it was up. I wanted to cancel it. There was no cancel button there so I emailed in. I got a confirmation from them saying that it has been cancelled. Fast forward to the 19th and I get an email confirmation welcoming me to my monthly subscription..... I have been sending them emails and they are ignoring me. I hate companies like this.

Funimation is a good streaming service when it comes to the shows they offer and their website layout, (although a skip intro button would be nice) in fact they are very good when it comes to simuldubbing shows every week and their forums are usually quite helpful. My issue with funimation only applies to people in Europe simply because the servers here are so poor, I dont know whether it is because the servers they use for European subscribers are based in America or the servers are simply bad but the videos often buffer and won't continue playing without having been restarted or sometimes I cant even get the video to play at all. This can obviously be very frustrating especially considering it is a paid service. Even with the bad servers though, people who live in Europe still really dont have much choice but to buy funimations service simply because there is no where else to watch the anime funimation offers. And I would also reccomend purchasing a vpn if you live in Europe because the funimation used in America has significantly more shows which you will probably want to see such as the Dragon Ball z and super series, Cowboy Bebop and many others. I use Nord Vpn personally. In other words funimation just needs better servers for people in the EU.
