Funimation used to be GREAT!!!! Now they show about 7-8 ads PER AD!!! and There are about 3-5 ADS sections in each video. Uhm.... we don't live forever Funimation. Every second if very precious to our lives as we want to watch anime, etc. Leave it as 1 ad per view, per video. Not 30++ per video. Are you insane???? You guys are also very terrible at getting back with customers. Especially me when I'm trying to ask for "YOUR" permission "FUnimation" so that i can monetize an online rpg with in game purchases. Uhm... my job doesn't pay me enough Funimation. i need a roof over my head as well as food on my plate. I might as well delete the FUnimation account I have with you guys. Thanks for making me an unhappy customer. :(

The worst online shopping experience I've ever had. PSA: to all the anime weebs about Funimations online store Funimation has legit given me the worst online shopping experience i’ve ever had 🙄 I ordered from them on Nov. 23rd, was charged $38.99 for their Evangelion 3 movie bundle, that charge disappeared. Dec. 18th the $38.99 charge reappears again, then disappears in 6 hours, then I get charged $16.99, almost a month later. I wasn’t notified that anything was happening like a cancellation or a stock problem or whatever it is. I contact their customer support on every platform possible and receive a very vague answer that hardly answers any of the questions I had in my support tickets. I get my package today and its only one of the 3 movies. I understand that they’re having problems and that it could be on back order & I wouldn’t be mad about that if they just told me what was going on instead of leaving me clueless. I still don’t know what is going on and their support systems they ‘have’ are like talking to a brick wall. 🤦🏻‍♀️ who knows when and if i will get charged for the other movies because they have terrible communication with their customers. tl;dr : Funimations online store is a huge mess & I don’t recommend ordering from them. I will definitely never be placing an order with them again.

All platforms i play this on it keeps freezing. Both internet and cell service is good.. Never had this issue on any other streaming services. I may have to cancel my subscription if this is not fixed

Who ignores you twice when you ask for a replacement set since yours has arrived broken twice? Funimation does... they dont even try replying to say yes we can fix it, or no we cant sorry, thus unacceptable

I have had a subscription for 7 years and love their service. They launch dubs quicker than any other company and with higher quality then most. Don't fall for reviews from those who simply don't know how to submit tickets to support to help improve and fix apps.

I cancelled my subscription due to financial hard times and they charged me anyway! This caused a negative bank balance that I now have to pay back. I contacted customer service and they said they had no record of the payment. After going back and forth a few times, it became clear that they wouldn't do anything about it. Nothing but scum bag thieves. Will never use their service again. Poor business practices.

i personally havent experienced any upsetting customer service and i LOVE their anime!!!

I pay monthly for my subscription and yet their are constant issues with the app on every platform I use it on. But yet I can’t get any help or replies from them about the issue. Really crappy service all around and their are many free platforms to watch anime on . At this point I’m feeling like canceling. They don’t care about good customer service , they don’t seem to care about their customers who keep them in business.
