I signed up for a free trial. I tried to watch a video on Google Chrome, video would not load. I tried to watch a different video, video would not load. I tried to watch first video on Microsoft Edge, could not log in to my account. I tried to reset my password, password would not reset. Given that I was unable to do anything with this service and everything did not work, I strongly recommend that no one use this and definitely DO NOT give them money.

I wish I could give negative stars. This app is run by morons! I asked two months ago to not only get my refund after I attempted to cancel my trial before I was billed, to be told very RUDELY they don’t do refunds. I stressed that I wanted to CANCEL my subscription and here I am, 2 months later still being charged. The content is horrible, the customer service is the absolute worst and the only option I have is to cancel my card and get another one reissued.

Garbage! Utter garbage, avoid at all costs such a poorly run website it will only frustrate you. Videos that don't exist, videos that suddenly aren't in your region even though you have been watching them all of a sudden bam nope you can't watch them anymore, Videos that disappear, are no longer available what a load of crap I'm glad I cancelled my year subscription never ever going back.

If I could leave negative stars I would... this app is absolute dog crap. Literally the worst platform for anything in existence. Freezing. Slow. Pain to even try. Why do you guys suck so much? Look at how disappointed the world is with your garbage.

App never works !! If you back out app takes 15 minutes to load. You have to manually close the app and restart it for it to work !

Horrible customer service if any, they have no customer service number, the app never works properly and I'm sure if u look at other reviews u will see more explanations, by far the worst streaming service out there, the saddest part is they know and dont care about the customers.

I love anime and I'm happy with any support anime can get but I used funimation to watch a single anime in hd and I'm amazed at how bad the website and video player is. When searching for anime if you type in the japanese name and funimation has it in English it wont pop up at all. The video player doesn't save what language you set it to, the next episode button didn't work, skipping further into the video set it to a permanent 240p that wouldn't change even after changing it to 1080 and overall it's just all very low effort. Use crunchyroll instead.

I've been after some more seasons of shows I've watched on netflix and thought I'd give these a try. After putting in paypal details and getting a confirmation email my account is still on the free, ad laden version. Went on chat with an agent and they said it hadn't connected the paypal to a subscription and that they would send it to their developers to fix. When pressed for a time frame (really had to press for it) I was told 5 - 7 working days. Ridiculous, I don't trust the company and asked for a reference of the chat to which i was told that when the chat ended I would be given an option to have the chat emailed to me. Guess what? Agent logged off and there was no such option. I am a brand new customer and this is their first impression. They're a joke and a scam, stay away at all costs.
