my main problem comes as I'm paying for a subscription and its hard to enjoy my content. When I am trying to marathon content I have to keep a separate tab to keep the episode list as the web player does not let me use skip to the next episode.

I have paid for this service since last year at Christmas. During this time it has been garbage. Shows will be unplayable, shows will lag and pause to the point it is unwatchable. Sometimes I try restarting the ap after waiting five or ten minutes just to have it freeze at the same point. Service has not improved and when I contact them, they actually have representatives but they just give you the run around until you give up asking if you have tried this or that to make the viewing experience not torturous. I only keep it for my son who hates the service but loves some shows they offer. It's a pity they are being purposefully ran in the ground after the buy up.

honestly funimation isn’t that bad... when i first tried it, it took awhile for it to load, as it kept on pausing. there are a bunch of ads in my way that literally feel like 6 hours, but whatever. on xbox or tv, it’s generally good. but i wasn’t pleased when it came to phone. the subtitles won’t generate at the right time and instead goes 1 minute back. it’s really annoying so i hope that gets fixed, maybe that’s just a one time thing, but please get it fixed if it happens again.

At the end of my free trial, instead of billing me, they just restricted my accounts access to all content. This lead to me cancelling my subscription, which the website now says will remain active until today, and because of this I cannot re-enable my subscription. Do they even want my money? Despite their abhorrent website, terrible media player and frankly vile UX, I'm willing to pay for the content to support the creators. Yet Funi refuse to take money out of my account and instead just stop me from accessing any content. How is it possible that a paid subscription based service actively has a worse website than any illegal streaming site? Unfortunely, they have 0 competition, so I doubt the service will ever get better. I'm still going to keep using the service so I can support the creators, and I hope that anyone who loves weeaboo trash as much as me does the same. But oh boy, you're in for a bumpy ride.
