FUNimation falsely advertises dragon ball z kai as one of the shows you can watch. However, there's only like ZERO episodes lol. Someone should file a law suit cause it's the only reason I got a subscription. I'll be deactivating my subscription before my 2 week trial is done and be going elsewhere. Byeee

The content is awesome but the service is terrible. It is full of bugs, no response from customer service, and buttons for things such as changing episodes and the language don't work most of the time.

Hi, tried the free trial for xbox for three days and I had encountered a few problems, it won't manually skip to the next episode not too big of an issue but I've seen other people comment this for some time, every few episodes it freezes and the loading times between episodes is far too long like on a pirate site I could literally close 6 pop ups wait for it to load and full screen it before your app even loads. But the worst part is it wouldn't let me watch premium anime as a premium member even though I had been for the past three days with no issues, granted on free trial but the details were in and I was ready to give up my life of crime and piracy and then other people had the same problem or worse after looking through the comments. If this app ever gets an update or chemotherapy and lives please let me know.

Terrible customer service. Signed up with Xbox GamePass 3 month free offer, but after 14 days they charged me. So I contacted customer support as it may of just been a error. The response I got back after nearly a week was abysmal "I am sorry but the promo code only works with credit card subscriptions, not Paypal" That was there response to the matter, no solution to the issue just sorry it don't work cause you paid with PayPal thanks again. Sorry but it accepted my promo code and let me sign up to 3 months free subscription before charging me. Don't offer PayPal as a payment method if you refuse to support it. Sadly they have good content of shows stuck behind a company that don't know how to support customers. Looking at reviews elsewhere and Reddit, their support is notoriously awful.

Half the time I want to watch something, the streaming is so horrid and buggy that I wind up just pirating the show because I actually want to watch the content I'm paying for. Trying to watch grancrest war right now and it won't load past 9:39 on episode 5 so I'm off to raise the black flag and sail the seas. Want to stop me Funimation? Then fix your damn service so I can actually watch it on your site.

Love the content. Sadly half of the time the app is too messed up to watch any of it.
