FunimationReviews of funimation.com

I loved the experience but why can't uub be in dragon ball super I feel like he'd play a huge role in super, not only being as strong or maybe even stronger than Goku. Also in my hero academia, why does Deku or Izuku Mydoria have to look like he's going SSB when he goes 100%, I don't get it, that's only 1/20th of my concerns.

This app worked fine for the first month and a half. But now don't work after paying twice for nothing. Customer service is nice until they transfer you to technical support through email which I encountered two people who didn't know anything about the issue & 1 who didn't email back. Worst streaming app I have encountered due it not functioning with two separate accounts with the worst technical support team who have no answers to the issue that many have encountered. It's time to try Crunchyroll.

The site literally did not let me sign up for the first three days I tried. Said there was an error every time. When I finally got past that it would not let me enter my card info, again with error messages. When I got past THAT (god knows why I was still trying, like take a hint buddy) the streams buffer on every episode, many times per ep, 2-3 minutes at a time. I have no internet problems with other streaming sites, online games etc. I then canceled, with the understanding that I would be able to still use the site for the amount of time paid for, this worked for a few days, then it stopped working, sent email to funimation support, asking about it, they said they COULDENT FIND MY ACOUNT and needed the VAST MAJORITY OF MY CREDIT CARD INFO SENT OVER EMAIL to find it. KAYYYYYYYYYYYYY

Infinite bugs, buffering and a general garbage app on the ps4. Borderline unusable. Do not subscribe.

If I could give 0 stars I would. This is by far, hands down, the WORST customer support you will ever receive. The agents don't even read your support tickets properly and propose half-assed solutions and workarounds to a generic problem, that isn't specific to your situation. They also close tickets without making sure your problem is solved. I've had this happen to me 3 times. Take my advice and STAY AWAY from this terrible anime service. Do yourself a favor and find somewhere else to stream Anime. I would even recommend Crunchyroll over the dumpster fire that is Funimation. I hope they shut down, seriously. Can't believe they are still running with this horrid user experience that they don't care or do anything about.

Started a subscription with googlepay, big mistake as im unable to cancel it myself. You are not even allowed to delete your account by yourself. The whole site is full of bugs and the customer support is terrible. Their main goal is for you to start a subscription then trap you if you used google pay by not allowing you to cancel it as it does not even show up.

I find the entire thing to be a buggy mess, when I get the anime to work and the UI to go away, its really good, Username changes need to be fixed, as I want to comment on an anime but I need to set a username, so I go to go do that and it just doesn't let me save, and when it does work it doesn't register when I try to go back to the anime to comment/review, also there's an issue with the UI where sometimes I have to reload many times just for it to go away. I also heard people are having issues with paying, buts ill be going onto my second month of having it soon and I'm having no issues so far. but if you look past all the issues, then it's not that bad

I didn't even get my Subscription started before I was fed up. Every card I had, every last one, the address line of Billing would not accept my address. So I contact customer support, and I am instantly treated like a moron being asked the SAME DAMN question 4 times in a row by the employee that answered. They could not seem to get it through their dense head that I have tried multiple cards and their address verification was not working, but o no it had nothing to do with their end, it was all my stupidity. Even though I am a tech guy, know about networking and programming, and more because of my college education. Stay away from this horrible service that treats prospective customers like crap. I wont even go for this service with the free 2 months I can get at this point.
