I got the free month of premium so I can watch one piece and I had $20 on my Xbox and when I went to go buy something else for a couple of dollars, I had $14 they said it was free then it uninstalled itself for no reason and I kept entering my password and it wouldn't work.

Man this company sucks all the ads say watch anything for free yet I open the app so happy I get to catch up on my favorite anime’s as it advertises and then all or half of the episodes of a season are only available when you subscribe and I would’ve never even downloaded the stupid thing if I knew it was lying nobody who wants free anime get this app it lies and is annoying to use only to find out you’re not getting to watch what you want

This is the worst company ever. They have zero customer service. If you look at their google positive reviews they clearly BOUGHT them from india. They employ pedophiles, their app doesn't work. Avoid them at ALL COSTS

It's honestly just a terrible platform overall. There's no point in buying it. I've been trying to get ahold of a support team for a week and I've gotten nothing back.

God this is so awful, constant buffering, terrible UI, how hard is it to make a decent website like holy hell.

I had cancelled my subscription for a short period of time before renewing it but signed up for a monthly subscription. I was charged for a yearly subscription and then a monthly subscription two days later. It has been over a week and two tickets later and I have heard nothing from them in regard to getting my money back. I would never recommend using this service to anyone, try HIDIVE or Crunchyroll out if you want something that actually works for streaming anime.

The app is barely usable, some episodes dont cast, other times it will just jump to another episode in the middle of watching a different one, sometimes the app will boot you out all together. Support is useless as well and will tell you that its your internet, or device, or just to uninstall and reinstall the app. It's been getting worse too, to the point I'm paying for a service I can't use at all.
