The app sucks It constantly crashes or is delayed I missed one payment and December and now I'm trying to get it up and running and I have been trying to get it up and running for a week or so they took my money that is still not running I emailed them to request for their assistance they replied with a vague answer and nothing more no resolution has been found I now want to cancel my subscription officially and get refunded for this month because I'm not going to proceed in using this app in any way. I'm very close to saying that it's a scam although I don't think it is I believe that they just don't know how to manage their app and their platform.

I really wish I could rate this lower than 1 star. It really says something about a company when 81% of the reviews are bad and they won’t fix any of the problems. Absolute garbage app on PS4. I can’t watch anything. Episodes constantly restart. Fast forward doesn’t work half the time. For the love of all that is holy, fix your bugs. If literally every other streaming platform can figure this out, you should be able to too. I mean....you can’t auto play next episode?? So basic.

Great content. The app and website interface are hot garbage. On PlayStation the app constantly crashes, tells me to subscribe to watch (when I’m already subscribed) and also still shows adverts even with a premium subscription which is meant to remove them. All in all I stick with it because it is the only place to (legally) see a lot of stuff with English dubs in HD, but damn do they make it difficult. Feels very amateurish.

It is genuinely an appalling app via the PS4. Constantly saying videos are unavailable our that I need a premium membership to watch the next episode when I already have one. Sometimes the episodes via the app just lag or kick me out and a good few things I add to my que don’t end up there. I don’t write reviews but after not being able to view an a few random episodes this week I’ve got so annoyed I wanted to voice this in the hope it gets dealt with some time soon! The only upside is enjoyable content

It shows some great program animation series, but the reason for the low grade/rating. What I don't like you select an animation to watch it shows its in English you get into it the story you start to enjoy it then go onto the next 6 or 9th episode so you're well into the story, then that episode and the episodes after that starts to play in Japanese, there's no other languages available so you can't change it back, that just ruins it all. That's happened to quite a few animations titles available. That's a huge bugbear very annoying and a total waste of an 1hr and a half of watching something. Please fix this.

Wish I would have read these before I purchased a Christmas present for my daughter. I paid for 2 day shipping and they wont respond to where the package is. They sent me a tracking number after 8 attempts asking for help on their so called support team. The tracking number doesn't exist with fedx as that's who they use. Christmas Eve tomorrow!! no gift

Whats more to say bar they took a month's payment yet after 2 days made my account none premium. Support are unresponsive and I have to wait weeks for my bank to step in. Oh also their site is just terrible, the buffering is insane even on a good connection.

The worst service I’ve ever seen anywhere and it’s impossible to get hold of customer support the whole things just looks fishy.
