Oh god ok, here I go... The content is great and I like the shows they have but my god the site is not ok. I'm mostly writing this because they unsubscribed me so if I want to continue I have to pay more money but I'm not sure if I will and here's why... It logged me out like 3 times a day and you cant just wait for the next episode to play you have to do it yourself which isn't that big of a deal except um I'm trying to binge-watch things and If you move the cursor while the show playing the little purple bar that tells you how long you have been watching pops up wand won't go away which is beyond annoying. And I know that I said that I like the content but I'm just starting to watch anime so I'm sure that by the time I get to lesser-known shows it's not going to have them. I honestly am mostly just annoyed about the fact that they canceled my premium subscription and so now I have to pay to subscribe again or call customer service but after reading the reviews I won't get my hopes up.

I don't know what happened...but this is just bad business. I never had an issue prior Dec. 2020. I paid my $5.99 on the 3rd then started getting the "buy premium to watch this video" b.s. even though I'm paid up. Sent 3 tickets a few days ago with no response other than the automated ones. Account info says I'm on a free sub...which again is b.s.. This (imho) is the biggest issue that NEEDS to be addressed. Do they even HAVE a customer support system, or is it just an empty link that gets our hopes up?

Funimation is a terrible company. They fired Vic Mignogna over some allegations.

PS4 app is trash it constantly glitches and wont let me pause my show or fast forward thru the intro. I have to cloae the app in order to make it work again the only reason i have it is because i want to watch dbz but since dbz isnt on crunchyroll im forced to watch it on here.

The app on ps4 is horrendous. It lags and hangs. Slows to a crawl when trying to find and start shows. It's unbearable, I wouldn't ever recommend funimation to anyone. And the fact that the company lacks any sense of urgency in fixing these issues says alot about how bad they are. Just use crunchyroll instead. So much better.

Paid for premium plus and after 30 mins my account went from premium plus to free and now I can't watch my anime. Tried contacting support but they never get back to you. This blows. I'd rather stream content online for free then pay for it and can't use it.
