If I could give -5 stars, company is a scam. No one ever responds to customers problems and when they do they find ever excuse not to help you. If you buy funkos STAY AWAY from this company unless u like buying damaged goods. Funko needs to strip them of all their licensing agreements cause they treat their customers like garbage

ZERO star!! DO NOT BUY any funko pops on this site as most of it will come in as damaged on the box, not suitable for any funko pop collectors who seeks for mint condition pops. They do not accept returns on damaged box pops so your are literally wasting money on damaged items.

Absolutely garbage xbox app can get through a whole episode with it telling me theres was an error and then when I click the episode again it tells me it's for premium members only... so I have to search the show click to get to the episode list then click the episode I was just watching just to have it error out again... the funimation app is absolutely hot garbage

The app is almost unusable. Keeps stopping an episode halfway through and going to the next episode instead. App crashes atleast 2 or 3 times per hour of play as well.

Funimation is trash, worst platform ever. Can't even accommodate the most basic streaming responsibilities, like for one, play titles in order, it just stops after the first episode. I'm trying to binge this stuff. On top of that there's a bug, if your streaming from a laptop that also has a touch screen the time bar at the bottom of the screen stays up, it's hella annoying. There are enough platforms out there that get it, this is not one of them. Save your money buy directly from the production company or find some where else that streams the anime you like, cause this company sucks ass, and you as a consumer deserves better.
