Customer Support is Horrible
The customer support does not meet the brand image of Function Health. Extremely difficult to get pas the BOT to get support and was extremely frustrating. I would not recommend Function Health based on my latest experience. I have gone from a 5 Star supporter and recommender to "Do Not Recommend"

I love Function
I love Function! Such an affordable way to get a complete picture of my health. I pay for my own insurance so this is a wonderful addition to my plan.

I had a lot of issues trying to get my…
I had a lot of issues trying to get my labs scheduled in Arizona. Seems like they have a part time person doing support - not the best. I also have 2 issues with charges but they were able to resolve them. Overall great medical data - poor delivery though on Customer Service
