I loved how in-depth all the blood work was and how I can ask the AI coach for assistance and how the clinician reviewed my blood work and gave an analysis of everything. It’s important for everyone to be on top of their health. Great service!

I had my doubts, and an inkling into what it could be(from reading too much and searching for answers)yet to actually see the proof you need to help a person further their health, was awesome.

Highly recommend. I learned about some high risk areas I was unaware of. Things I would never have known about because my doctor does not test for them. Now I have been able to start addressing these risks, along with the help of my doctor.

Loved the experience ! I had to reschedule my lab date. Which was very easy . I was surprised of the amount of tests that were done. Which I’m very happy about. The summary was very detailed and very informative.

1st visit the support person i messaged messed up the order, and didn’t have all the test on at once so luckily I didn’t break my fast but I had to go back in and do a second draw the same day. And it was only caught because I happened to ask the worker why the urine sample wasn’t included and had to come back out and talk to a support person to find out that it wasn’t done correctly. So luckily I caught it, but that would have been very frustrating considering I live an hour from the nearest bloodwork center and wouldn’t have been able to go back same day if I would’ve broke my fast immediately. Also, it was not made clear that the second test would not be testing all the same biomarkers. The advertising even on the website says 100+ bio markers tested twice a year, and I didn’t find anything anywhere say that that was not true until I went to go schedule my second test. But I’m sure that’s a common complaint that people leave, because it’s deceitful. There should also be a way in the app to sort your first results from your second ones. Also, every time you click a bio marker and sends you back to the top of the list and you have to scroll all the way back down to look at the next bio marker again. Also other companies have an edge over Function because they allow you to message someone to have a conversation about the results in the clinical notes and function doesn't.
