Easy to schedule, results are fast, 3rd party clinic that drew the blood was great. The semi annual results should help track progress.

Broad set of tests with lots of data to examine. There is a clinician review but it is only something you can read as opposed to being able to respond to so that you could clarify some of the assumptions being put forward. A lot of repetition in the analysis that suggests computer generation or cut and paste based on the numbers. While you can upload prior lab data from other tests (even from the same lab Function uses) it doesn’t seem to incorporate these for trend purposes or in the analysis.

The visit was very efficient - although a little bit odd showing up to the venue with no one to explain anything. The sign in process was fine but when a question arose - it was on your own to figure out. It didn't accept MY phone number because I was connected to FUNCTION - it is THEIR number they want. The lady that drew my blood explained that after it was all over with. Anyway - very clean, the technician was super good at the draw and I was out quickly and on my way. The info to follow has been very helpful and educational.

The follow up after testing is excellent…very informative and helpful. However, this is my last testing cycle as Quest is the only lab available and I find it to be unclean. Most of the phlebotomists are quite competent, although not all.

The service was good, and the reports were timely. The only issue was that the Quest Diagnostics location hadn't received orders for our blood draws. Fortunately, we were able to work things out.
