Function digs deep to check for underlying problems before actually symptoms show up and makes our follow up with our primary doctor easy. I had all my thyroid hormones tested each year and everything looked fine. But when I got my function results last December I found out that my TgAb was elevated and I was taking high doses of kelp that Function AI suggested to drop the supplement. Now I am monitoring my antibody. I have recommended it to many of my friends and they are happy to have done it. Thank you.

Everything was easy/ got blood work and then the doctor’s notes about my blood work and meeting with my own physician to go over all of it today. I feel it was well worth the money, AND I loved the add ons that you could add if you felt you needed an area of the body checked- like your thyroid.

Function Health has genuinely changed my life over the past year. Having this much biomarker data available has helped me create new health and supplement protocols, change my exercise patterns, improve my diet, and become much more proactive about my long-term health. I greatly appreciate what Function is doing. My one frustration—and the reason for four rather than five stars—is the presentation of results after my second blood draw. A summary was generated and the app gives the impression that the testing cycle is essentially complete, yet several of the biomarkers most important to me—including ApoB/advanced lipids, ferritin and iron studies, omega-3 markers, and portions of the hormone panel—are still pending. I understand that specialized biomarkers can take 2–3 weeks, and I have no problem waiting for them. The issue is simply clarity. I think Function could do a much better job of clearly showing that a testing cycle is **still in progress** and identifying which biomarkers are pending, rather than presenting a completed-looking summary while significant results are still outstanding. Overall, though, I'm extremely pleased with the service and the impact it has had on how I approach my health. With a little improvement in how pending results are communicated, this would easily be a five-star experience.

My first blood draw amounted to 14 viles. This is way to much for my body to handle. Almost passed out. After the draw I traded several emails with customer support and asked to get two seperate lab orders so I can go on different days. The best customer support would promise is that they can only do 1 lab order and if I feel like fainting that I can just stop the blood draw and come back another day. I prefer to have the 2 lab orders and not have to cut short the one blood draw if need be.

Yall really need to get a LIVE agent that can acutally help people when they need it. Going back in forth on email is not productive.
