The whole experience of getting really complete bloodwork with all the biomarkers I always wanted to check, was well worth the investment and may have helped prolong my life with the results and measures to take to achieve that.

I’ve sent a request to cancel an automatic renewals 5 days ago and followed up 4 times. No response. Strange behavior.. Overall the product seems good, I’m yet to do the test, but with the price tag, I would expect the customer support responses within 48 hours max, without the need to follow up so many times.

Quest Diagnostics is great. The people there are genuinely nice, hard-working, and good at what they do. The only concern was that the closest lab to us was 3-1/2 hours away. Function Health stated there was an average of 20 labs per state. They should rewrite that and say there’s 20 labs per large cities.
