I am very impressed with my subscription to Function Health so far. In addition to the general testing I purchased the add-on GRAIL Galleri cancer detection test as a way to supplement my ongoing oncology care with additional data. I have ovarian cancer and a genetically increased risk for getting certain cancers, and I felt this test offered some additional peace of mind in my situation. The amount of information provided for each individual result is really remarkable, and to have an explanation of the result to reference in the palm of your hand is priceless. Reading the thorough "why this matters" info provided with each of the test results, I learned more about some things I already knew about myself, and extensive details that I didn't know, particularly from the Alzheimer's add-on tests. I am looking forward to the follow-up testing to see if any changes I made have been helpful.

Appreciate the reminders to follow through with testing. Grateful for the information gained and to be in charge of my own health.

My husband and I bought the health tests last year. We always cancel anything that auto renews so that we don’t have it auto renew the next year. We were on vacation when a single email from function was sent to us stating they would auto renew and charge us each $365. We didn’t see the email. When I saw it on my credit card statement a few weeks later I contacted function for a refund and obviously had not done any labs. They refunded $241 out of the $365!!!! Thieves!!! I am doing chargebacks on the transactions but am furious that they are trying to steal money for services they never gave!!! Edit: after the issue was escalated I finally received a full credit for the unused renewal. But I only used one set of labs last year and paid $499 and they only refunded me $36 out of $499 after I used only half of the service.

I absolutely love Function Health. I am getting ready to go in for my 3rd set of tests as I re-upped. Outstanding information, excellent value and a great AI component. I joined in January of last year, had follow up tests in June. I made some major shifts in my diet and supplements as a result. Very much like that they don't try to sell anything and just provide actionable information.

I received a supposed appointment confirmation number at Quest Lab, and when I arrived, my booking number didn’t exist. Immediately they knew I was coming from function health and they said it was always the same problem with them. I tried to call, but nobody answer. I had to text with someone and they couldn’t help me, I just lost all morning trying to get my lab tests and I couldn’t.

Nice to have information about my health that can be used proactively.
