Low quality AI reports
Was really disappointed with the report I got back, there were glaring inaccuracies that made me think it was AI generated and not carefully reviewed by a human. I can use Ulta labs and get my own AI results. Not sure what the value prop is here.

Iron should be a constant measure
Would have been a five but since some core metrics were excluded from The follow up I selected a 4/5 for this review. Iron levels for instance should be included for each retest.

The service I received…
The blood was drawn without feeling anything. The visit was fast. The assistance was very well conducted. The test results arrived fast, and so did the doctors’ assessments. The results were helpful to get further assessment with my general doctor.

Addressing a over do need in the health awareness. I dont like the it solely digital with no personal connection for added clarity and understanding.

The test is incredibly comprehensive
The test is incredibly comprehensive. It’s just TOO EXPENSIVE and not feasible to pay for the average person. This test should be affordable for more people because information for a persons health should be accessible not discriminated against because of affordability.
