The results were explained along with some suggestions on what to do to potentially improve the bloodwork. The doctor took time to look at my family history that I provided and was able to make connections between my results and family genetics.

Loved it the first year. This is my second year and I'm really disappointed in the shift to Al medical summaries. Makes sense why they could lower the price, but honestly I'd rather pay for a real person. I'm not sure why it takes so long when they're using Al now. I don't need Al insights, I need quantitative results and human qualitative insights.

It has provided a level of understanding of my health that I haven't gotten from conventional medicine. However, I still felt like the physician summary was a little light on laymen's recommendations. However, that might be a product of the fact that I've only done one test so far. Post my second test, I'd like to see deeper recommendations that are actionable, especially around diet and exercise.
