Easy process with comprehensive results and explanations

Overall, an informative experience. I think it’s pretty good value for the price, the feedback is thorough once the lab results come back. One observation- the number of vials of blood drawn is too much for some of us smaller people to do in one visit. I had to break up my annual into 3 blood draws, for a total of 16 vials of blood. It took several email and AI chats to organize the situation - which could have been resolved with one phone call, but not once was I offered that option nor is there a number anywhere for us to get a hold of a person. Please improve this process for future users, it was rather cumbersome and frustrating.

I really like the testing and the info supplied subsequently. What I cannot tolerate is the fact that many tunes in explanation they used noncurrent meds from my history to make suggestions. I have been discussing this with the concierge. I finally removed all history from my records but how is that helpful overall? Update: I received a reply. There are no more references to my past meds. I’m glad I signed up. Enjoy the app too.
