Zinc file couldn’t be executed and when the prompt to reschedule happened and I arrived post fasting to Quest. Again, it could not be executed. Until today, was not completed.

Update: FH reached out. Got the allergy test done, website is confusing and does not do a great job with any extra tests ordered. . Don't know why the test was not ordered first time around. Wasted another couple of hours and two more vials of blood. The overall idea of functionhealth is great but I made a note to self - Don't order any addl tests... Original review - Did not receive my food allergy test even though I paid for it !!!!

Beware - they will bully you into auto renewal - borderline unethical. I received this subscription as a gift for one year, I am not interested in renewing or expanding the services, YET they force me to provide my credit card info and provide no way to cancel the auto renewal option. I tried contacting customer service and they have you chat wit ha bot that has no clue. So basically thay have hijacked my credit card info and will charme for a renewal I dont want. They say they will notify a few ays before renewal. hping you forget and then they get you. This is unethical, I should not be forced to give my credit card info is this was a gift.
