Everything is great from the locations for blood draws, the costs for the amount of bloodwork provided and the clinician notes and helpful information on supplements and foods to eat/avoid. The only issue I have is there is not an easy way to forward to this information to my primary care doctor, other than to print out the bloodwork and take it into the office. It's not a true problem, but would be nice if this bloodwork would connect to our primary care providers. I love Function Health!

Maybe I can get a response from Function Health here. I have been waiting 3 days to hear back from any live person. I paid the money, went to the lab over an hour away, and the order hadn’t been sent in properly. I waited in the parking lot for hours trying to reach customer service until the lab had to close and I missed my blood draw appointment. My blood draw was cycle-dependent, so now I have to wait another month to get my blood work. I am beyond frustrated with this customer service and would not recommend this company. I have tried email, text, and live chat. I have searched for a phone number as well. I was really hoping this was going to be a good experience, but I will have to get a refund and ho with another company.

Convenient and efficient. If not for the endless stream of 'upgrade' marketing, the experience would be commendable.

I paid almost $400 for tests, they say I'll have the 100 plus test results in 3 weeks, 4 weeks later they say no you get ZERO results from your membership, go get another 8 vials of blood drawn for a second visit ~ which is listed on their website as a follow up with 60 plus results after implementing nutritional and health changes) and THEN we'll give you your results. So the two visits, the second one to check on progress IS A SCAM!!! they won't tell me anything until i use up my second visit. THIS FOR around $400. DON"T BELIEVE A THING THEY TELL YOU!!!!! Also LOTS of ai bots giving false information ~ they apologize but then keep doing it.
