the information you need
These are tests I can't get through my doctor, at an amazing price compared to my local lab. They tell me where I'm succeeding, what I still need to work on, and, most importantly, what would otherwise have fallen under my radar. The notes improve each time I take a test, since they pay attention to trends, not just whether I'm within range.

Everything was clear in direction in regards to how to complete the labs. No confusion. And then the information afterwards is amazing. Thorough. Easy to set up account and easy to navigate account and find what you need. Great job team.

Great initiative and opportunity
Updated to 4 stars after reply/explanation from Function Health! Great initiative and opportunity, for which I am grateful. Scored a 3 because: a) I got 125 tests (biomarkers) vs the 160+ promised (and the 125 includes 2 I paid to add on), and b) because they only did 1/2 my hormone tests for some reason. THAT SAID customer service was very good and I do believe this is incredible value for money.

Function membership includes two rounds of testing, with approximately 100 biomarkers in the first round and around 60 additional biomarkers in the second. Your feedback is important to us and helps us focus on what to improve for our members.

Great experience
Great experience. The trickle in feedback was nice because it meant I got it sooner and was able to digest it incrementally. I've recommended it to my Mother and my Wife and we might even have my oldest Son have the tests. I also like the built in AI for specific questions. Assuming that the exchange is private under Hippa privacy regulations, it's comforting to be able to pose questions there and to get useful feedback and explanations. The RN who took my blood was also very nice and made the process easy. She mentioned that she had also had the Function tests. If I were to critique, I'd prefer a location that was closer to me, but in terms of the overall experience and value, I give this 5 stars.
