They use GetLabs for providing a "concierge" service for blood collection and cancel at the last minute. You pay $300+ for a blood test, prepare with fasting, ensuring your pets are away and then they cancel at the last minute. The next day for service a week from now, else go in person. You can tell that you offer a premium service if you cancel on it and don't provide enough time slots

I am so impressed with the tests that were done as they were a deeper dive than my PC doctor would do and an amazing value. The clinician notes are terrific, not boiler plate but referenced my health profile and "connected the dots" to use their terminology.

For years, I was dealing with mystery neurological issues that no doctor could quite pin down. As a runner, former athlete, and yoga teacher, watching my mobility drop while weakness and pain took over was a total plot twist I didn't sign up for. Turns out, despite my "clean" diet, my body was secretly running on pure inflammation. Functional testing finally gave me some real answers, showing me the key nutrients my diet was actually missing. I’m not 100% cured of my neuropathy, but I’m sitting at a glorious 95% better—and I’ll take those odds any day! Beyond the day-to-day relief, getting negative cancer screening results brought a massive sigh of relief.
