Comprehensive testing
Easy to schedule, great value, comprehensive testing, and detailed clinical review of your results. Would love to see reverse T3 added to the thyroid panel!

Best health awareness service for the price
Though it uses AI, it is hands down the best health assessment tool out there. It is the doorway for change that can lead to preventing metabolic and other disease.

It’s great to be able to hold your health in your own hands. The provider overviews don’t always provide great next steps but if you take it all and put it into AI, you can get some clarity.

I've taken control over my health
I love that I can get all these labs, then the supplements and which foods to eat, which has been helpful to me. It allows me to take control over my health.

Im a big fan of Function
Im a big fan of Function, or was initially. First set of tests very comprehensive, mid yr tests not so much. It is not super transparent the difference which is frustrating and disappointing. I paid extra for advanced lipid mid-yr testing and its very basic & does not include key markers like Apo(b) & Lp(a). You can pay $39 (ea) for those, but it's cheaper just to go to a lab on your own. There is more competition now in this mkt space, so it's important to compare the tests you receive for the cost(s) and focus on the value received. Clinician notes provided are ok, but truly AI for the most part. Not sure if I will renew or cancel & wait for Function to lower the price again. Very good tool if you wish to be proactive with your health, just know what you're getting.
