The scheduling process w the lab wa good, the tech was great, and the results have been interesting and well explained in layman’s terms, I learned some good information and appreciate the ease of the process from start to finish!

It takes a VERY long time to get results and especially the clinician notes.
This was helpful. So much conflicting information out there. This did help me to have a plan.

Was unable to get my full testing done…
Was unable to get my full testing done that was ordered due to the lab not having supplies. Need to fast, rebook, take more time off work. I expressed my frustration and recoved a $17 credit. I'll be using Emperical health going forward.

Love Function!
Test results arrived much quicker than I expected, some by the end of the first day, and everything else in under a week's time. My results were fully explained in detail, and I feel like I understand exactly what I need to improve on, and how to do so. This is exactly what I was hoping for when I signed up.

The biological age pronouncement seems…
The biological age pronouncement seems hokey. Mine went up by 7 years with no explanation. I am beginning to think Function is most concerned about selling more tests than anything else. Who can yiu trust these days?
