Helpful Results to make a more healthful you
Website is well set up and easy to maneuver. Lab visits are easy to set up and the system sends one reminders of when to stop supplements. Results come with explanations plus a Clinician report to clarify that is easy for one to understand. It was easier on me to bring these lab reports into my doctor and get the doctor to take action on my behalf than ever before. I really like the supplement and food suggestion lists that allowed me to take action while waiting to get into my local doctor.

specific biomarker areas to address
I love the detail and thorough analysis of the results. Along with the action plan on guiding you towards a better nutritional path forwards. I will take their suggestions seriously and see how this will affect my future test results. I now can narrow down what health needs I will address.

I was impressed with the prompt and thorough communication for each step of the process, in particular the test results and clinicians assessments. Also, I enjoy the on-going information emails.

Very appreciated and appropriate detail…
Very appreciated and appropriate detail with clinician comments very helpful. Some difficulty with lab visits receiving ordered tests, but finally well straightened out by discussing thru email contacts.

The process is very simple and I think it is very empowering to have a very detailed breakdown of your results. I appreciate that it gives you a plan of action for your diet and supplements. The only issue I have is my clinician notes took 8 weeks.

Very misleading…
You shouldnt advertise a larger number of tests than what you actually test. And you should t say you will test those markers out of range when you dont test all of them, just some of them. And communication is horrible.

We understand your concerns regarding biomarker coverage and communication. Each member's results are unique, and the Mid-Year Test is designed to recheck a subset of biomarkers that our clinical team recommends testing twice a year. Because members can have very different numbers of out-of-range biomarkers, the Mid-Year Test doesn't automatically include every out-of-range marker. Members can choose to retest additional biomarkers at any time based on their preferences.
