Honestly, I used to really love lucky bits however I feel like they’re just stealing my information let alone my money however I can’t completely blame them because I make my decisions too and putting money into their website. What I’m trying to say is, I’m disappointed their customer service really is poor. They used to be on point but lately they haven’t been and on top of that I refer my friends to go on this site and I don’t even get my referral bonus. Another issue I had was putting money in which I bought a $20 package didn’t receive that in my account at all and I never got refunded for that. I should’ve pushed on it, but I didn’t. I’m just really disappointed with lucky bits Vegas. And I don’t understand their site constantly seems like it’s moving slow and I have really good Internet and good service with my phone or any devices I use. And I know it’s not me.. They’re very fishy to me. I’m gonna take a step back from Lucky bits Vegas. And pretty much won’t be referring them to anyone else. I understand now why they’re only rated three stars.

Customer service is nonexistent I have a redemption pending and cannot get ahold of any kind of customer support at all

if I could give no stats I definitely would I am a fully KYC-verified user of the company's platform, LBV. During the recent monthly referral leaderboard promotion, I fairly and organically earned 1st place, which carries a prize of 1,400 SC. After I contacted support regarding technical tracking issues on the leaderboard, a representative from the Fraud, Risk and Payments Team permanently closed my account and voided my earnings, citing Sections 3 and 4 of the terms (implied referral/account fraud). I have provided absolute, verifiable proof to the company that 100% of my traffic came from public, organic posts on my subreddit. I do not own multiple accounts, and I have no control over the individual purchasing behaviors or locations of independent public users who clicked my links. The company has refused to audit this proof, arbitrarily seizing my legally earned promotional prize. Please note that Lucky Bits Vegas is owned and operated by High 5 Casino LLC.

I created an account on luckybitsvegas several days ago. When I went to do the KYC verification it failed twice. One of the times it said my driver's license was expired and the other time it didn't give a reason why. I emailed there support explaining what happened and attached my identity documents to it and the next day I got an email saying my account was verified. That evening I went to purchase the $9.99 coin package because I saw an advertisement online that new players purchase the $9.99 package and receive 30SC for free. That was the whole reason I created an account with them was to receive that because it's a great deal. While logged into my account I went to the top of the page and went through there promotions and found the one that said for $9.99 receive 30SC and it said on there for new players only. I clicked on that went to the page to pay and put in my debit card info and purchased it. I received 10 SC which is the normal amount. I didn't receive the 20 other SC that was advertised. I tried to contact their support hoping that they had a live chat but of course just got that automated thing in it said that it would send it to a live person who would reach me via email They emailed me back and said they didn't understand what my issue was from the information that was sent to them from there robot customer support and they wanted screenshots of what I was talking about and a bunch of other stuff. I responded back explaining the situation to them in full detail but I did not send any screenshots because I didn't have any screenshots of that I don't know what I could have sent screenshots of It's clearly a promotion that they have right now and I signed up as a new customer and I bought the $9.99 package and didn't receive the 30SC that was advertised. They responded back to me saying they would escalate it to whoever it is that deals with that to investigate and would let me know when they had any information. It has been a couple of days now and I still haven't gotten a response yet. I'm not sure what there is to investigate and how long they may take to do there investigation or if they will even email me back with a response and solution or not so right now I'm giving them 2 stars because like I said that was the whole entire reason I even created an account with them was to get that 30 SC for $9.99 that was advertised. I was very disappointed after my purchase that I didn't receive it. I will update my review if they respond back with a solution and I will update my rating to the appropriate one. I really hope they fix it because I would really like to continue playing with them. They had some games that I really wanted to Play and was expecting to be able to with the extra SC. I believe they could turn out to be a really fun casino to play one

I signed up got an email saying I was approved and verified the next day I made a deposit and I hit for a little bit I go to redeem and get an error message saying an internal investigation on my account is going on.. not sure what this is about I try to contact support no luck I try to email get an error message sending an email… i would like to hear from support yall had no problem taking my money but definitely are not in any hurry to give me what I have won… disappointing

I’ve been trying to change my email address for 6 months through 5support tickets and I haven’t gotten a single response from support. The “live support” is just a bad chat bot that allegedly creates a ticket, but I’ve never gotten anything to support that claim. They have no problem sending constant promo emails but I don’t know that I’ve ever gotten anything besides promo emails from this place.
