UPDATE: after quite a few emails and then contacting lcb they have responded and lifted the review. I was able to cashout. Needing some attention... this seems to be common. Im needing to redeem but it says my account is under an internal review for my safety. I've been verified for a while. Ive made several purchases. Now that I've won it won't let me redeem until the "internal review" is lifted. No chat to be contacted and no responses from my emails so far. Will change rating if they actually respond to me and fix this.

I am back to comment on the issue I had with Lucky Bits Vegas. I made a bad review the other day I just want to make sure I get the story straight and the problem was corrected. I received two emails that's good about my kyc was clear and I could redeem. Well I was informed there was some kind of block on my account that got lifted. Ok, if that's the case, do not send kyc verification that is in green status when it isn't. Also, but I had to do the kyc for the second time I was asked to let a certain individual be notified when I was finished doing it for the second time. Which I did. Never did hear back from anybody until just yesterday. No need to drag it on. Problem is fixed and Lucky Bits Vegas did follow through and made it right

They took my deposit just fine. And now it wont let me make a redemption. Its blocking it, though I am fully verified. Super angry this is ridiculous. The experience was not so great the first time but they did pay out once they unblocked my account.

It's just like high 5 casino. crappy daily bonus and weekly coin drops started off good to no existent. But if you can get ahead the games are fun.
