UPDATE: Everything Was Resolved — Happy Customer!
Updating my original review because I believe in giving credit when a company makes things right. Lucky Bits Vegas completed the review, fully reinstated my account, and most importantly, I was able to redeem and received my winnings with no problem! Everything is now resolved and my account is in good standing. The waiting and lack of communication in the beginning was definitely frustrating, and I still think they could improve on keeping customers updated during an internal review. But once my case was escalated, they took care of the issue and got everything straightened out. I've continued playing and I'm a happy camper now. I appreciate Lucky Bits resolving the issue, honoring my redemption, and getting my account back to normal. I'm happy to update my rating because my experience ultimately had a positive outcome, and I would play here again.
