Thank you so much for your feedback, and we want to extend our sincere apologies for the frustration and inconvenience you’ve experienced with your recent order. We’re truly sorry to hear that the color did not meet your expectations. We understand how important it is for your extensions to match seamlessly, and we never want our customers to feel disappointed or misled. While our policy does not cover reimbursement for shipping costs on returns, especially when the item is not defective, we do recognize how this situation has caused frustration. Based on valuable feedback like yours, we have already taken steps to update our product descriptions and improve the accuracy of the photos on our website to better represent the actual shades. This way, future customers will have a clearer understanding of what to expect. We genuinely appreciate your voice and the opportunity to improve. If there is anything further we can do to make things right — whether offering support in choosing a better-matching shade or assisting you with a future order — please don’t hesitate to reach out. Thank you again for bringing this to our attention. Warm regards, Fullshine Support Team
