I ordered a $19 course and was automatically enrolled was in a trial, which $97 was charged to my credit card on the 7th day under a different name- Performance EdTech LLC. I immediately canceled and wrote 5 emails to them, but to no avail. I tried calling them but they only give you a fax #. I plan on reporting them to the credit card company for predatory sales practices. I see others have had the same problem. Buyer beware.

Grabbed the dance biomechanics course on this website. Paypal isn’t acceptable but cards are working correctly, but was hit with a bunch of extras - liked only the journal tracker, try to use it more every day. Got some technical issue (found out because of my browser then), messaged their WhatsApp, waited 30 minutes, then they solved this really fast. They're doing okay, but they've got some tech stuff to work out, like adaptation to different browser versions. For this price the course is good 👍

WhatsApp assistance was brilliant, email wasn’t responded to. The purchase was good, but I didn’t think it was worth the monthly cost for my use, so I cancelled. Once the company responded they were great. I sent emails to cancel during the week’s trial, one on day 2 and again about day 4. I had no response and was debited the monthly fee on day 7. On the receipt there was a WhatsApp support link so I used that and I had quick, friendly and professional responses with a full refund.

Got Scammed swell,\Not sure what to do now, The cancel subscription button does not work. they have charged money for something I did not purchase.

I have just been charged $149 on my credit card when I gave no permission for this amount to be applied ! I bought an initial tutorial 2 months ago for $30 and was not informed that there would be ongoing costs ! There was nothing in the terms & conditions.

Same as everyone.. I purchased a 19$ course (for which I asked for a refund) and discovered a week later that they charged me 97$ for a subscription I never did .How can this happen ? Are they borrowing / stealing money from us ? And the worst part is that no one is answering my emails , this is completely illegal and unacceptable.If I don’t have a refund shortly I will report this company

BRAIN BIOHACKING FULL of MIND FULL of BODY SACRILL are FB Accounts from this very same company. running thr same scam.I purchased a course and was automatically sent an email with an offer to purchase a journal, which I didn't intend to purchase. I then received an email stating that they charged me for said journal for almost $40 Cdn and that I now will be billed almost $60 a month for a subscription I also did not and do not wish to pay for. The cancellation process could not be processed from the dashboard, which their FAQ list suggests. So, I immediately called my credit card company and canceled my card on suspicion of fraudulent activity. Since it was a small balance card, with no automatic payments coming from this account, canceling it isn't really interrupting my life too much. Hopefully, we can come up with easier ways for consumers to deal with SHADY COMPANIES who don't deserve our hard earned money.
