Denied a payout over a discrepancy FTUK's own systems created, no review offered! I've been trading a 50K FTUK account and hit 11% profit, well past the 10% target. My consistency score, however, shows an inflated 37%, and it comes down to a single trade and a platform inconsistency FTUK never disclosed. On August 23rd, TradeLocker showed my daily PnL at $0 for that day. Based on that, I closed a trade for $1,015 profit, treating it as a standalone trading day. When I checked the FTUK Dashboard afterward, that $1,015 had been folded into Saturday August 22nd's total, creating a combined $2,160 profit day. Turns out TradeLocker's daily reset and the Dashboard's daily reset run on a one-hour offset. Nothing in the platform tells you this (at the time)! I had no way of knowing the trade I closed would retroactively get merged into the prior day's number until after it already happened, and by then it couldn't be undone! That one mismatched trade is the entire reason my consistency score is blown out. Recalculated with that trade on its own day, as I believed it was when I placed it, my consistency score comes in under 20%, which would make the account payout-eligible. I asked for an account/payout manager to review the history with this timing discrepancy in mind. FTUK offered no relief, no adjustment, and no real acknowledgment that their own platform's mismatched daily windows were the direct cause of the failure. If your two systems don't agree on when a trading day starts and ends, that's on you to disclose clearly, not on the trader to guess. Funding a trade based on data your own dashboard shows, then getting penalized because a second internal system quietly disagreed, is not a fair way to run a payout process. Passing a challenge only to get disqualified by a platform bug you can't see and can't fix in the moment is not what I signed up for. Be careful trusting the in-platform PnL numbers at face value — they may not match what actually counts against you! -- Side note, I did notice they recently added a rollover timer in the Dashboard. Well that's great now but was no good to me in August when the trade that blew up my consistency score occured! TraderLocker account: #2357380 Account number has been up for over 10 days now (10/3/2026) and haven't heard a peep from FTUK by any method, so there you go... they don't have enough time to email me back any finding but they had enough time to send me like 4 promo emails last week... thanks!!

FTUK got referred to me by a known Forex Trader, he did highlight this Prop firm since he had good experience with FTUK in the past. My personal experience has been very good as well, they are professional, the rates are very competitive, they offer flexible scalability and there are no hidden rules. That's the transparancy and the platform you need as a Trader!

Guys - whatever you do. DO NOT buy any accounts from this scam company. Once you start making profits they will take forever to delay payout and find excuse I’ve just been told my payout is declined and account closed because of apparently letting someone else log into my account. Funny this is the date they are saying no trades were placed on my account. So even if someone did “log” into my account - why would that matter if not 1 single trade was placed. Absolute scammers !! Response to the below. I never said it was correct that it’s been assessed by someone else as it’s actually not correct. My details haven’t been shared - but as mentioned this is also evidenced by the fact no trades were placed on this day that’s been questions. You have also lied below with the payout amount - my dashboard shows a total of $ 10,095 in which $2,167 has just been rejected. So again more lies - which is good context for the readers. I guess once you become profitable you find a way to close someone’s account. I hope no one else losses money to this firm
