Inconsistent processing of payouts and delayed customer service for Futures. I love their trading interface and their payout processing once approved. However, Payouts: However, I've received 2 payouts from this firm and both times I've had to send several emails for them to respond to my request. They do not process the payouts in the time they advertise 1 or 2 days or 1 hour. My 2 payouts I've had to wait for about a week after sending several emails. I'm on the fence with continuing to trade with this firm. Inconsistent Payout Processing I'm beginning to believe that they are looking for a reason to deny payouts. Out of the 5 payout request that I have thus far, I had 2 that were rejected, 2 that were paid out after waiting for about a week, and 1 I've submitted yesterday. All 5 payouts, I've applied the same trading style but only received 2 payouts out of 5 using the same trading strategy. I am losing confidence in this firm because they are inconsistancies. I hope this firm adjust their internal procedures and become more reliable and dependent. Response to FTUK, Why does your FIRM take too long to process payouts?? It takes a days to get a response and even more time to processed the payout? You're response was generic and just restated your procedures.

I successfully completed the trading objectives on my funded account and submitted my payout request. During the review, my account was rejected for alleged "Martingale" trading. My trading strategy is based on ATR-driven dynamic stop-losses, multiple timeframes, and predefined setup classifications (A, B, and C). Every trade is evaluated independently before execution. The outcome of the previous trade is never used to determine the position size or risk of the next trade. Throughout the entire account, my maximum drawdown never exceeded **1% of the account balance**, remaining well below the firm's own guidance to keep active (floating) risk comfortably below **2%**. The five trades identified as Martingale involved realized losses ranging from approximately **$3 to $27**, included **different trading instruments**, **both long and short positions**, and trades in both the **same** and **opposite** directions. From my perspective, these were independent trading opportunities rather than a strategy of increasing risk after losses. The company states that Martingale is determined by calculating actual risk using **both position size and stop-loss distance**. At the same time, their published rules clearly state that **using a stop loss is optional** on funded accounts. I requested the actual risk calculations and methodology used to classify my trades, but these calculations were never provided. As a result, I was unable to understand how the rule was applied in my specific case. Based on my experience, the firm's risk management policies lack sufficient transparency and leave significant room for interpretation. Without access to the underlying calculations, it is extremely difficult for traders to understand how their trading behavior will be assessed during a payout review. I respect every firm's right to enforce its own rules. However, when a payout is denied based on an internal risk assessment, I believe traders deserve a clear technical explanation supported by the actual calculations used to reach that decision. If you are considering this firm, I strongly recommend carefully reviewing the trading rules and requesting detailed technical justification for any alleged rule violation before accepting a payout decision. UPDATE: Thank you for your response. My concern has never been that my trades were reviewed. My concern is that although you identified the trade tickets, you did not provide the actual risk calculations that your own policy states were used to classify those trades as Martingale. I repeatedly requested the calculation methodology, including the calculated risk for each trade and how it demonstrated an increase in risk after a losing trade. Those calculations have still not been provided. Without that information, I cannot independently verify or understand the basis of the decision. **Update:** Following my original review, the company continued communicating with me and took the time to explain their risk assessment methodology in much greater detail. Although the final payout decision was not the outcome I had hoped for, I appreciate that they handled the discussion professionally, answered my questions, and acknowledged that my trading was structured and that my intent was genuine. They also offered me a new account so I can trade again with a full understanding of how they apply their Martingale policy. I still believe that some aspects of the risk assessment methodology—particularly the practical application of the Martingale thresholds—would benefit from being explained more clearly in the publicly available trading rules. Having this level of detail available from the beginning would help traders better understand how their risk is assessed and avoid misunderstandings during payout reviews. I appreciate the respectful communication throughout the process and hope the company continues improving the transparency of its trading policies.

I purchased the FTUK Pay After You Pass Flex Challenge, successfully passed the evaluation, and received my funded account. I traded the account manually and generated $3,686 in profit while meeting the account objectives. When I requested my first payout, my request was placed under review. FTUK contacted me, stating that they had identified trades under 30 seconds and patterns they considered HFT, martingale, and anti-scaling. They asked me to provide clarification rather than rejecting the payout outright. I responded promptly, explaining that all of my trades were placed manually and that I did not use any EA, automated trading system, or copy trading software. I also answered all of their questions in good faith. It has now been over two weeks since I submitted my explanation, but I have not received any update. My payout status still shows "Pending", and I have not been informed whether my payout has been approved or declined. I understand that prop firms need to perform risk reviews, and I respect that process. However, I believe traders also deserve timely communication and a reasonable timeframe for a final decision, especially when a significant payout is being held. I hope FTUK will review my case promptly, provide a clear decision, and improve communication with traders during the payout review process. If my case is resolved fairly and professionally, I will gladly update this review.

When I passed 2 steps challenges. They denied my live account and requested a phase 2 challenge retake saying: "The rules that you've violated is the risk management rule with trades losing more than 2% of your account starting balance. "Traders are not permitted to risk more than 2% of their account starting balance". They requested me to do a retake of phase 2 challenge. For anyone who plan to participate FTUK please read their rules on their QnA page This is an unpleasant experience for me.

Instant funding is cool But a 10000 dollar account only give you a 2500 balance you have to make 250 to get payed out but you don't even have 10000 to trade with only 2500 so you can only trade cents to hit that Target balance it's going to take a month to make 250 dollars it's not worth it to me I have not tried any other accounts on site wasted 200 dollars

After writing a review last week where I explained everything in detail, I'm writing here a follow up. I've upgraded from 1 star to 2 stars since they've paid me 25 % of profits today and a refund since I passed and I had paid for that as an add on. I want to be honest and inform everyone of this small change. It took 8 weeks and it doesn't change much about my opinion regarding this company. First of all, I should have received close to 20 K, instead of only 25 % since I didn't break any rule. Telling me that I was copy trading is a complete joke since I was trading a different asset at each account. Not only did they not pay me what they should have paid me, it means it was a waste of time. I reached all these targets within 2 weeks, normally I could have reached several targets more during the last 8 weeks if they would not have cancelled all my accounts. I will still take extra steps since it's completely unacceptable how they treat people. This is not a prop firm, they use every trick not to pay you. Try a real prop firm, and you will see the difference immediately. For swing traders (holding overnight and the weekend), InstantFunding is a good one, great help desk and you get an answer within one minute. For experienced traders there is Apextraderfunding, that's the real deal but you've to be good.

I had a bad experience with FTUK. I bought a funded account with the addon for non Stop loss. I started trading and the closed two times my positions because I did not have a stop loss! I sent three emails to support telling them with proof that I bought the addon for non stop loss and I required that they reset my account because they closed my two positions with loss. But NO ANSWER! This made me disappointed with their low behavior and ignorance. Hence I wanted to share my experience with them. Update on May 6th, 2024: FTUK responded by saying the following: "After a thorough review of your account, we won't be able to reset the account. Our system has closed your trades once you exceed a floating loss of 2% to protect the capital. The introduction of the "no stop loss" add-on was prompted by the fact that some of our traders incorporate hidden or omitted stop losses into their strategies. It's important to note that this add-on does not imply that traders can forego risk management and adopt an "all in" approach. Traders are expected to maintain a solid level of control over their risk management practices. If you lose 2% on a trade then our system will close the trade in order to protect the capital." As you can read, it jumps to your eyes that: 1- The addons for non Stop loss is useless because FTUK has another hidden rule that you must keep a 2% risk!!! So why do you charge for the non stop loss addons?
