Getting paid for the first time was a nightmare. I had to sign up with another company called Rise ( not made clear at the beginning). The verification process was so painful. I got sent 10 codes before it accepted me. With some help from ftuk I eventually got verified. It wasn't their fault to be fair but they should have chased Rise. but that was only the start of it. It took me years to meet all the requirements of ftuk and I finally did it after spending so much money. They claim they payout in 24 hours, its actually process in 24 then its upto Rise when you actually get the money. I am pleased to say once i got verified ftuk sent the money straight away to rise and they processed it very quickly like within the hour. I got paid after the profit split then converting from dollars to gbp. From a profit of over $300 I got just over £100 after all that so im sure anyone can see it wasnt the best experience.

I’ve only taken a flex account - 10k account I passed but decided to take a 100k flex account hoping I can get this funded. Now I’m quite confused after seeing 22% of 775 reviews as 1 star. While I’ve not really experienced any issues but I’m now concerned shall I spend $400/500 to take a funded account ( ofc if I pass flex account) and later will I be having issues on payout etc. I hope FTUK can address my concerns

After a reasonable reply in a timely manner ive decided to withdraw my low review, im only looking for a fair and reasonable firm, so far FTUK has shown sign of good intent, as i continue to abide by thier rules, im hoping for a long term venture, ill be more than happy to leave a better and more detailed review upon receiving my first payout.

Comprei um desafio de 5k, recebi as credenciais mas esbarrei num problema a princípio simples mas que se tornou gigante devido a falta de suporte adequado. No painel de controle (dashboard) da conta tem o link pra baixar a plataforma que escolhi, no caso a MT5, porém esse link leva pra página genérica da Metaquotes e o aplicativo baixado NÃO VEM COM O SERVIDOR DA FTUK, aliás, só vem com o servidor Metaquotes-demo. Em suma, mesmo colocando as credenciais de login não se consegue habilitar a plataforma por falta da opção do servidor FTUKMarkets‑Live. Problema resolvido mas faltou ao suporte as orientações adequadas

When you pass first level they changed the rules.. reduce max loss and change draw down to relative. They said it's just for second level . At news some time stoploss doesn't work you lose way more than where you put your stoploss. To be fair I made profit ones and they paid me smoothly . And everything else is ok

I can give you some latitude in your company's recent lack of customer service to U.S. based traders due to MetaQuotes decision to back away from the prop firm space and U.S. traders. Be that as it may, I'm a U.S. based trader with an evaluation account. I've been told repeatedly that my account will be migrated to DXTrade on X date. X date comes and goes and the migration doesn't happen. We have an expression in the U.S., "Under promise, over deliver". Why not just tell U.S. traders the unpleasant reality that the migration is a big, complicated process which may not be completed until (insert a date here no one wants to hear) and then come through before then? Presumably you're someone who has an education in business, which makes it all the more surprising your company isn't getting one of the first, and most obvious, tenets of business correct; deliver on what you tell the customer you're going to do.

It took me a few retries which were free to pass the instant funding model. They have so dumb rules. First time they didn’t let me pass because my win lose ratio was 0.47. I mean who cares. I made profits. I passed the 10‘percrnt goal. After that i had two accounts at the same time. And I wasn’t allowed to take the same trades with both accounts
