This company is a scam! I requested a withdrawal of 2000, but I never received the money. They told me they had sent it to my account, but nothing arrived. Please stay away from this company!

Hello Oussama,
We're genuinely confused by this review, as we have no record of a $2,000 payout request matching your claim.
We take payout concerns seriously, and if we had genuinely failed to deliver a payout, we would certainly investigate and resolve it.
Could you please provide your account number or payout reference so we can verify your claims?
We welcome honest feedback, but making serious accusations without providing any verifiable details is unfair to our business.
Kind regards,
FTUK Team

I dont even no where to start with this…
I dont even no where to start with this company.. but unless you want to be robbed of your money dont use them. They have that many rules it makes it hard to keep your account active. You cant have any trades close in u der 30 seconds. As thats a breach so if you have a tp or sl. And say gold spikes fast and hits them in less that 30 seconds thats an account breach. It says you have a 5% daily loss limit but even if you in profit for that day but have a trade negative of 2% from you start balance they will close your account. So honest please do avoid them. As you can see from there pretty poor ratings they are fraudulent

Spammy and scammy
I looked into FTUK and signed up for their newsletter. I NEVER signed up for an account. This morning I received and email stating "I have passed my account, sign in to pay the activation fee" and when I click and log into my so called "Traders Area" I get an error stating this user does not exist. Which is the truth, I dont exist. When a prop firm begins with crap like this, stay very far away from them. VERY very far away.

Hello Nicholas,
It appears you received an automated email by mistake. We apologize for the confusion and have since unsubscribed you from our mailing list.
It would have taken less time to unsubscribe than to write this review, but we respect your decision.
Kind regards,

This review is directed at the Support…
This review is directed at the Support at FTUK. I reached the profit target and consistency, explained my trades, any possible flags, no problem, I will be transparent with my trade and mentality. Risk/Support denies my payout request and offers me a fresh new account. I ask them to explore other possible options or to reevaluate the payout request, they said no, ok no issue. I can work on the fresh new account and request a new payout when eligible. I ask them to grant me the fresh new account THEY OFFERED, they turn around and say, if you want to trade, go buy it yourself and proceeds to deny ever offering a fresh new account when THEY EXPLICITLY mentioned it. I can accept a payout denial, not the first, wont be the last, but to say "we did not say that we would provide you with a new account." when they wrote "We are willing to offer you a new account so you can start with a clean slate with your clear understanding of our guidelines now firmly in place.". Crazy. Like its not right there in the email thread.

My experience with FTUK across multiple…
My experience with FTUK across multiple paid accounts has been extremely disappointing.
I experienced connection failures while positions were already open, leaving me unable to reliably manage or close them. This was not merely a complaint about losing trades: FTUK’s own emails acknowledged a temporary feed outage on 14 August, an MT5 technical issue on 26 August, and downtime preventing some traders from managing positions on 28 August.
On 1 September 2026, FTUK expressly promised a USD 470.40 refund for one affected account. As of 13 October, 42 days later, I have not received it.
My complaint covers all my paid purchases, not just that single promised refund. I am seeking a full refund of the settled fees and an individual explanation for every disputed account.
FTUK did send replies and provide replacement-account remedies. However, troubleshooting, replacements and apologies did not resolve my refund complaint. My further complaints on 2 October and 7 October have no later direct responses in the reviewed email threads.
I have preserved the invoices, original correspondence, sent-email screenshots and trading images. Wise and Chase claims are in progress.
A written refund promise should result in a payment, not weeks of further chasing. I expect FTUK to explain the outages, provide the historical account records, and resolve every outstanding refund request.
Based on my experience, I would not purchase another FTUK account.

Hi Lucian Unutoiu,
We understand that trading doesn't always go as planned, and experiencing losses can be frustrating.
However, after reviewing your accounts, we found that they were actively traded and that the breaches resulted from market movements rather than technical issues.
We did indeed offer you a $470.40 refund for your most recent account because you were dissatisfied with your experience. We made this exception purely as a gesture of goodwill, as we place great value on customer satisfaction.
However, you are now demanding refunds for every account you have purchased, despite having actively traded on them.
That is simply not how refunds work, and we feel you are taking advantage of our willingness to make an exception for you.
We believe in treating our traders fairly, but trading involves risks, and a gesture of goodwill should not be mistaken for an entitlement to refunds on all previously used accounts.
Kind regards,
FTUK Team

Be careful
Everything looks good to be honest , I would like to thank Bradley for fast answers , the reason im giving 3 stars instead of 5 its because my payout its still pending since Friday.
UPDATE: PAYOUT DENIED.
They said i placed a trade from Denmark but thats not the truth.
UPDATE AGAIN. THEY ASKED TRUSTPILOT FOR MORE INFORMATION😂😂
Response from FTUKOct 8, 2026
Hi Denis,
Thank you for your review.
What you conveniently forgot to mention is that you explicitly threatened us in writing, stating that you would destroy our reputation and that we should "check our Trustpilot score soon."
Shortly afterwards, multiple 1-star reviews appeared on our profile, raising serious concerns about coordinated activity.
This is also why we take KYC verification seriously. Your identity has been verified, and your written statements and the subsequent review activity have been documented.
We welcome genuine criticism, but coordinated attempts to manipulate our reputation are a different matter.
FTUK has been operating since 2021, and you are certainly not the first person to attempt something like this.
We wish you all the best.
Kind regards,
FTUK Team

Ftuk second payout 👎🏾
When I first discovered FTUK, I considered it one of the better prop firms. However, my recent payout experience has made me seriously question the transparency and consistency of the process.
FTUK’s policies are very clear. They state that certain violations, such as HFT or three or more trades closed in under 30 seconds, can result in an immediate hard breach and account closure. If FTUK determined that my trading violated one of these rules, my question is: why wasn’t my account closed at the time of the alleged violation, as the policy clearly states? Why was the account allowed to continue trading and only raised as an issue when I requested a payout?
I submitted my payout request almost 8 days ago and still have not received a clear final decision or explanation. I understand that accounts may need to be reviewed, but traders deserve transparency about what rule was allegedly violated, how it applies, and what the final decision is.
If the system cannot consistently enforce the rules when violations occur, then I believe the system or the way these policies are enforced needs to be reviewed.
I’m not asking for special treatment. I’m asking for clear communication, consistency, and transparency. Right now, this experience makes me hesitant to continue trading with the confidence that my future payouts will be handled fairly and clearly. I will remain prudent with FTUK going forward. ✌🏽

Payout denial machine with shifting rules
Account 333388702 (migrated from TradingFunds). 1 star after FTUK denied another payout and kept moving the goalposts.
This cycle (MT5 ~5–18 Sep 2026): ~39 closed trades, ~19 wins / 20 losses. Losses tightly around -$500 each (~0.5% risk). Total P/L only about +$3,050. Most winners were early exits; only a couple hit my full 3R–4R. They denied payout citing "profits concentrated in few trades" and imposed a new 20% consistency score.
Past pattern:
1) Jul 2026 (333381055): anti-scaling/martingale flag, payout denied, retake offered.
2) 10 Aug 2026: after $1,750 payout deduction, hard breach via Payout Locker treating payout as daily loss. They first refused reinstatement, then admitted the breach was incorrect and reactivated only after I escalated.
3) 19 Aug: payout button missing — told to wait 14 days after first trade post-payout.
4) 26 Aug: accused "martingale" because I trailed SL on trades that were in profit (smaller realized loss), then took the next independent ~0.5% trade. I explained in writing; ~7 days of silence; I had to chase and resend.
5) 24 Sep: consistency denial on a small payout.
When I move SL up to reduce risk, they call martingale. When I cut early instead of forcing 1:3–1:4, they call consistency failure. Same outcome: delay, deny, or invent a label after I already traded. Do not recommend.
Also note: FTUK does not appear as a normal listed firm for reviews on Prop Firm Match (PFM) — only as Unlisted — so I cannot leave a standard PFM listed review there. That lack of proper listing transparency is another red flag.
I have full backups of all FTUK emails, MT5 trade history, and payout records that prove every point above.
After FTUK replied:
Yes, I received payouts — after fighting for them. That is not a flex for FTUK; that is the complaint.
Citing “$5,478 paid” does not answer the issue. In my experience, money only moved when I kept pushing. A payout you have to protest for is still a bad process.
Then came another round of unclear, last-minute rule changes. I am done. I will not keep burning time on a firm that pays under pressure and then moves the goalposts.
To anyone reading: after enough friction. I am switching to other prop firms. FTUK is not worth the hassle.
Response from FTUKSep 26, 2026
Hello Lien Yi Hung,
Thank you for confirming that you have successfully received multiple payouts from FTUK. For the record, you have received more than $5,478 in total payouts from us, which clearly demonstrates that we do not simply deny payouts.
We have made multiple exceptions for you in the past in an effort to accommodate you, so it is disappointing to see those efforts characterized this way.
Nevertheless, we wish you all the best moving forward.
