Dear King, We appreciate you taking the time to share your feedback. After carefully reviewing your accounts, our compliance team identified clear instances of copy trading, placing the same or nearly identical trades across multiple funded accounts at the same time and in the same direction which you had already agreed happened on your account. Following our review, both of your accounts were closed due to this violation. However, despite the breach, we still offered you a free retake account for the $100,000 program as a goodwill gesture and opportunity to continue trading with us under the proper guidelines. We can see that you had reached the maximum drawdown limit on your new account. We understand this may be disappointing, but we apply the same rules equally to all traders to maintain integrity and fairness within our programs. Our trading rules are clearly stated and agreed to by every trader upon joining the program, and they are applied consistently across all accounts to maintain an equal and secure trading environment. Dear Jai, Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. We have reviewed your accounts thoroughly and would like to clarify a few important points. Your accounts were assessed in detail, and our findings show that they were in violation of our risk management rule, specifically the guideline stating that traders are not permitted to risk more than 2% of their account’s starting balance at any one time. This is separate from the daily drawdown limit and applies to all Instant Funding accounts. In your case, several trades exceeded this 2% risk limit, which constitutes a breach of our trading rules and not the 5% daily drawdown limit which you are mentioning in your review. Additionally, upon review, we identified several instances of copy trading between your accounts, which is not permitted under our policy. Traders must diversify their risk across multiple accounts rather than placing the same trades in the same direction at the same time. You can find this rule explained on our website and in our communication to you and they are the same rules which you agreed to when you purchased this funding program. We understand your perspective and value the effort you’ve put into your trading. However, as a prop firm, we are required to apply our rules consistently and responsibly across all traders.
