I’ve been trading with FTUK for several months, and they’ve quickly become one of my favorite prop firms. This is my 4th successful payout — $2,700 this time — and all previous ones were over $1,000 each. Every withdrawal has been smooth, fast, with no delays or complications. The rules are clear, nothing hidden tight spreads, fast execution, and flexible trading conditions (especially news trading and weekend holding). Extremely negative experience with FTUK. My account was closed without any clear or justified reason. The only explanation provided was “not meeting risk parameters,” but no one could specify which exact rules were violated. No details, no evidence — just a vague statement. Customer support initially responds, but once the situation becomes inconvenient, they simply stop replying. What’s most concerning is the pattern: while you are losing money, everything is fine. But as soon as you start making consistent profits, suddenly there are “checks,” “risk concerns,” and other reasons to shut down your account. Overall, it creates a strong impression that the company is not interested in profitable traders and uses vague reasoning to avoid paying out. Do not recommend. Quote from support's response: "Additionally, account 333375477 subsequently closed, as it does not align with our current risk parameters. We’re genuinely sorry to have to close your accounts and appreciate your cooperation throughout the review process. "

Been a year since I last got a "congrats" letter, then a "breach after review". FTUK have changed their approach to look more at merit and not simply the rule for the sake of the rule.They are supportive of traders, and I would say if you gave up on them before, give it another shot. Funded, and looking to grow with these guys.

This completely fraudulent and illegal company claims to have acquired the trading fund, but has not assumed any responsibility for supporting the company.

I have never placed a review, but I made an exception for them. The support team is also great, really happy so far.

Extremely poor automated (AI?) customer service. My e-mail password was rejected 3 times over the course of March 9 to 30 and it always took multiple e-mails to reinstate a new one. As I write this, I have no password. More specifically, twice when the company asked me to send them a screen shot, I did so but the response from the company gave no indication that the screen shot moved us any closer to a solution. On three occasions, they suggested speaking with a human (sic) and when I responded positively, they ignored it; no human ever called or wrote. The challenge I subscribed to specified that there was no deadline associated with it but after I had paid my fee, they advised me of a deadline; only when I protested, did they lift the deadline (but without apology for the error). In light of my experience here, it is hard to believe the glowing reports others have written. I had checked TrustPilot before signing on with this prop firm and feel something must have changed there.
